I'm Mark, founder and lead inspector for Integrity Inspections here in Southwestern Ohio. We are a locally owned, small business and our main goal is to serve our neighbors with great quality inspections and to educate you about your current home or the home you are thinking of purchasing.
Unlike a lot of inspection firms, we are not partnered with a large corporate company or a major franchise. At Integrity Inspections, we get to make all the rules! Scheduling with us is a lot more flexible, and the time spent on the inspection is not rushed or on a tight time schedule. We also provide quite a few free perks that most of our competitors don't, such as repair verifications, infrared imaging, free eBooks, and more...
All of our inspectors are InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors. This means that in addition to the State licensing requirements imposed by Ohio, our inspectors have also received over 80 hours per year of extensive nationally-recognized training through InterNACHI. You truly will not get a more thorough inspection than with an InterNACHI company!
All of our inspectors are required to have a contractor background in one of the building trades(Roofers, Electricians, HVAC, etc.) before coming to work at Integrity Inspections. I personally have worked in both the HVAC and Electrical trades before becoming a home inspector. This allows us to provide advanced in-depth inspections and recommendations of the critical areas of the home inspection. We are a one-stop shop for all the knowledge you need to have a top-notch home inspection performed.
Best of all with Integrity Inspections, you don't have to wait for an inspection report to come in the mail. We use an industry-leading electronic software to create the inspection report while we are at the home actually performing the inspection! We are constantly reporting and uploading pictures through the entire inspection. This helps ensure that nothing gets accidentally left out of the report, and also allows for us to go over a summary of the inspection with our client as soon as we are done.
Summary reports are printed on-site or emailed to the client immediately, and full reports are sent via email to all interested parties by the end of the day. There are so many aspects of the home buying/selling process that have waiting periods or lengthy delays, we don't want your home inspection report to be one of them!
