Take Care Of Your Home...
Take care of your home and it will take care of you. What do we mean by this??? Your home is not only just a place to live and make life-long memories with your family; It is a long-term investment. The average person lives in their home for 10 years or more. That means that while you may have purchased a home that was in good or great shape, it certainly isn't going to stay that way without a little help from you.
Just like you have to take the car to the shop for routine oil changes and tire rotations, your home needs regular preventative maintenance too! Gutters need cleaned out, concrete cracks need sealed, appliances need replaced with age, siding needs cleaned (especially on the North side of the home), etc... Homeowners tend to get into the habit of just living day-to-day in their homes and not really paying attention to the subtle signs that things are wearing down. Actually, when issues become evident to most homeowners, there is already some type of property damage or extra costs involved in the upkeep that would not have been necessary with the proper maintenance being completed on a regular basis. Integrity Inspections recommends having an annual maintenance inspection at least every 3 years at an absolute MINIMUM. A lot can happen in just one year even, so having the home checked out on a yearly basis may be a better option if you really want to stay ahead of the game. Call us to set up a plan that works for you! Remember, your home is an investment that you or your family will want to cash in on one day! Keep it looking nice and all of the systems in good working order, and you can make a very nice return on your investment when the time comes! |

What's Included In
Our Annual Maintenance
Inspection?
An annual maintenance inspection is sort-of like a traditional home inspection, but with a twist! If you are a regular customer of ours, then we already have tons of photos of your home from previous inspections. This allows us to compare older photos with newer photos and tailor the inspection to you and your home! We can focus more on home systems that are showing more wear and tear each year, and less on things that don't get used as often. There isn't just one form we use for annual inspections, we tailor it to your specific home and lifestyle.
You will be provided with a full inspection report each time you are scheduled for an annual maintenance inspection, but here are just a few things that are checked on each visit out to your home:
